ANDREAS KRAGARIS&nbsp(ANDY)

It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Andreas Kragaris at his home in Outremont at the age of 73 surrounded by his adoring wife Tina and family. Andy was the son of the late Nicholas Kragaris and the late Gregoria Barkoura.

Andy will be greatly missed by his family members: sisters Adriana, Dimitroula, children Gregoria (Sean Mundey), Nikkie (Dimitrios Madimenos), Andreas Jr (Corinne Boianelli), Nicholas, Gregory, his grandchildren Liem, Cole, Leonidas, Andreas, Dimitrios Jr, Mila, Niko, mother-in-law Rose (late Conrad Sr.), sister-in-law Andrea (David), brother-in-law Conrad (Rochelle), niece and nephews Jack, Jade, Jamie.

Andy touched the hearts of many, loved his family deeply and cherished his adoring wife, Tina. His kindness and calm demeanor made all who came to know him, love him. He was a highly intelligent and incredibly accomplished business man and will be most remembered for his passion in supporting his community. Always willing to listen and lend a helping hand to anyone in need, Andy never hesitated to share his knowledge and provide support and guidance.

Andy’s intense love for golf was unparalleled and he was known by all as a highly skilled but friendly competitor. His calm temperament transcended to field where he mastered the perfect golf swing.

Andy was simply put, a true gentleman. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. While this is a sad day, we will celebrate Andy every day and cherish the special memories of his life.

The family wishes to thank caregivers Noel, Eden, Joy for their incredible support, kindness and empathy throughout his illness.

The funeral service will be held at Mount Royal Cemetery (1297 Chemin de la forĂȘt, Outremont) whereby there will be a viewing from 2:00pm to 5:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm on May 21st as well as May 22 with the viewing from 10:00am to 11:00am followed by the funeral service in the Outremont Chapel from 11:00am to 12:00pm. There will be a gathering following the service in the reception hall from 12:00 to 2:00pm. Burial private only.
