Arthur MORBROOK

Arthur Morbrook, 89, peacefully passed away on September 29, 2023. He was a devoted husband to Theresa for an incredible 62 years, and a loving father to Rob, Lisa, Pauline, Heather, and Mark. Arthur took great pride in his role as a grandfather to 15 grandchildren and a great-grandfather to 11 great-grandchildren. Born on December 20, 1933, in Zwartemeer, Netherlands, he immigrated to Canada in 1952. Throughout his life, Arthur lived in various locations including Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Plattsville, Galt, and Port Dover before finally finding his home on a dairy farm in Onondaga in 1968. Arthur was known for his strong faith and was a dedicated member of the church.

A private graveside service will be held at Salt Springs Cemetery in Onondaga. Following the service, family and friends are invited to attend a service of praise at Grace Free Reformed Church on October 6, 2023 at 1 p.m., with fellowship and refreshments to follow in the church hall. Arrangements for the services have been entrusted to McCleister Funeral Home in Brantford. In memory of Arthur, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Brant. Arthur Morbrook, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, left an indelible mark on the lives of those who knew him. His kindness, devotion, and unwavering faith will always be remembered and cherished by his loved ones.
