After a long and fulfilling journey, Barrie Kalvin has peacefully passed away, entering the realm of eternity and receiving his well-deserved heavenly reward. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of a caring and devoted father and grandfather. Barrie’s daughter, Tracy (Graham), and son, Craig (Chelsea), along with his cherished grandchildren, Blake, Andrew, and Sara, and his sister, Ilona, are left to mourn his absence.

Throughout his life, Barrie exemplified the qualities of a loving and supportive family man who was deeply committed to his loved ones. His dedication to his children and grandchildren knew no bounds, leaving an indelible mark on their lives. Barrie’s wife, Shirley, preceded him in death, leaving a void that could never be filled. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Joanne, who undoubtedly instilled in him the values that he held dear throughout his life.

Barrie’s professional journey led him to work as an electrician, where he demonstrated his passion for his craft with unwavering dedication and expertise. However, it was his unwavering faith, family, and friendships that truly defined him. His faith was at the core of his being, serving as a guiding light in his life and providing him with immense strength and solace. Barrie’s love for his family and the joy he found in their presence brought immeasurable happiness to his heart. Furthermore, his extensive circle of friends spoke volumes about his kind and compassionate nature, as he touched the lives of many with his genuine warmth and generosity.
