Bonnie KIM

Bonnie Anne Kim (nee Keller) was born on May 21, 1953, and sadly passed away on May 30, 2023, at the Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver. She peacefully departed in the presence of her children, shortly after celebrating her 70th birthday. Bonnie’s loss has left her loved ones in deep sorrow.

Bonnie will always be cherished and remembered fondly by her children, Michael (Sophia) and Angelique (Jag). She leaves behind her adored grandchildren, Darius, Aaliyah, Jayden, and Mia. Additionally, Bonnie is survived by her siblings, Lloyd, Catherine, and Neil, along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts. Tragically, Bonnie was preceded in death by her beloved son Brandyn.

A celebration of Bonnie’s remarkable life was held to honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bonnie’s honor can be made to the Avalon Recovery Society, an organization dedicated to supporting and aiding individuals on their path to recovery.

It is with immense sorrow that we share the news of Bonnie Kim’s passing at the age of 70 on May 30, 2023 at Lions Gate Hospital, North Vancouver. Bonnie, whose birth name was Bonnie Anne Keller, had recently completed celebrating her 70th birthday surrounded by her children. Her family takes solace in knowing that her passing was peaceful.

Bonnie’s legacy will forever be kept alive by her children, Michael (Sophia) and Angelique (Jag). She will also be fondly remembered by her cherished grandchildren, Darius, Aaliyah, Jayden, and Mia. Alongside her immediate family, Bonnie’s presence will be missed dearly by her siblings, Lloyd, Catherine, and Neil. Additionally, her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends mourn the loss of a remarkable soul. Sadly, Bonnie’s son, Brandyn, preceded her in death, adding to the family’s grief.

To celebrate Bonnie’s incredible life, a solemn ceremony was organized in her honor. Those wishing to pay tribute to Bonnie may choose to make donations to the Avalon Recovery Society, an organization committed to supporting individuals in their journey towards recovery.
