Brendon Douglas Parnham

It is with broken hearts that we say goodbye to our shining star, Brendon Parnham at the age of 30, who unexpectedly passed away on March 8, 2024. His memory and joy for life will be cherished by his loving parents Doug and Susan Parnham, his brother James(Sarah); his aunts and uncles: Sandra, Jack(Lynn), David, Dale(Sherie), 9 cousins and very close friends, Aziz, Chris, Danyil, Joshua, Larissa and a legion of others who loved him deeply. Brendon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gerald(Sylvie) Parnham, Margaret Parnham, Russell & Beryl Paul, as well as his uncles Jim (Sheryl)
Paul and Gary Paul.

Born in Edmonton, he graduated from St. Oscar Romero High School with honours, and attended NAIT in Edmonton with a diploma in Architectural Technologies having made the dean’s list and graduating with honours; also a semester in Culinary Arts which lead him to a career for 4 years leading up to the position of sous-chef. He attended Griffith University on the Gold Coast in Australia to further his education in Architectural Technology. Unfortunately he got called to return to Canada because of the Covid outbreak. He received several scholarships and bursaries during his education.
After returning from Australia, he settled in Calgary and worked with Kymand Roofing in the solar panel division. He was very excited about his future with Kymand and enjoyed the people he worked with and the clients he had.
Brendon was passionate about food, cooking and outdoor activities with friends.

His family would like to thank everyone for their kind words and support.
A celebration of Brendon’s life will be held on Saturday, March 23 at 1:00 pm at Wyndham Hotel, 4440 Gateway Blvd., Edmonton.
