Cliff STENDER

Cliff Stender, 89, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. He was a cherished husband to Lee Stender and was a resident of Kipling, Saskatchewan. Cliff is survived by his wife Lee, their daughters Nancy and Lynn, as well as his two beloved granddaughters Slone and Rylee Bishop. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Reta Stender, his brother-in-law Ken Heaton, sister-in-law Marj Summers, and his half-brother William Paisley whom he connected with later in life. Cliff was a dear brother to Gloria Tonn and brother-in-law to Wallace Heaton, Dorothy Heaton, and Merv Summers. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kipling United Church or a charity of your choice. A funeral service, honoring Cliff’s life, will take place at the Kipling United Church on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Hazelwood Cemetery.
