David John Kenyon, previously known as David Kulasa, passed away at the age of [age] in [date]. He is fondly remembered by his surviving family members, including his brother Terrence Kulasa (Yolanta) from Edmonton and his sister Donna Martin (Ralph) from Qualicum BC. David also leaves behind five nieces and eleven great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Josephine Kulasa (nee Tymchyshyn) from Edmonton. Following his cremation, a Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the RAH ICU for their exceptional care during this time.
