Dennis Joseph Pouget

Dennis peacefully passed away in the presence of his beloved family at his home on the evening of October 24, 2023. He was a man of quiet disposition but possessed remarkable ambition and talent. With his exceptional vocal abilities, Dennis took centre stage and infused life into our cherished old melodies. His melodious voice and harmonies shall forever live in our hearts.

Having dedicated over three decades to the Windsor Assembly of Chrysler, Dennis retired and spent his days surrounded by his loved ones and dear friends. He was easily recognizable in his trademark ensemble of jeans, jean shirt, and jean jacket. Dennis adored his wife, car, house, and occasionally indulged in a playful wager amidst the glittering lights of a local casino.

Miria, the love of his life, was his cherished wife of 43 years. Dennis was not only a dedicated husband but also a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He took immense pride in being there for his loved ones whenever they needed him.

Dennis has now reunited with his parents Vincent and Maxine, his son Scott, and his sister Karen in the realm beyond. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Miria, his children Rhonda, Chris, and Sarah, as well as his grandchildren Mikayla, Tristan, Abigail, Madeline, Dylan, Willow, and Daisy Joe. We will always miss you, Dennis.

A private ceremony was held on October 27 with close family in attendance. In honor of Dennis, donations can be made to The Canadian Cancer Society and/or The Heart and Stroke Foundation, organizations that were close to his heart.
