Douglas was a beloved husband to Beverly Davidson and a loving father to Kevin (Carina) Davidson, Angela, Drew (Jo-Anne) and Shelley Giberson. He was a cherished grandfather to Drew, Ryan, Jonah, Vienna, and Twistraeh, who brought him immense joy. Douglas is survived by his dear brother Bruce and was predeceased by his brothers Norman, Tom, and John. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Lily Davidson. After retiring from his long career at CN Rail, Douglas had more time to devote to his two greatest passions: traveling and golf. He also had a deep appreciation for classic cars and enjoyed music of all genres. These interests sparked countless wonderful adventures for Douglas, Beverly, and their family. Cremation has already taken place, and a memorial service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Grace United Church in Sarnia.
