Edda Sorochan

We deeply mourn the loss of Edda Sorochan, who passed away on September 4th, 2023, at the age of 82. Edda was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill and her cherished son Grant.

To honor Edda’s life and memory, a celebration of life open house will take place on Saturday, October 7th, from 12 to 4 pm at the Providence Renewal Centre located at 3005 119 street NW in Edmonton.

Edda will forever be remembered for her unwavering strength, impeccable style, and passion for traveling. Her remarkable character left an indelible mark on the people she encountered throughout her life.

Instead of sending flowers, we kindly request that you consider making a donation to the Cross Cancer Society or the Alberta Diabetes Foundation, two organizations close to Edda’s heart.

With heavy hearts, we bid farewell to Edda Sorochan, a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many. We hold onto treasured memories and the legacy of her vibrant spirit. May she rest in eternal peace.
