Flo, a lifelong resident of Calgary, Alberta, peacefully passed away at the Agape Hospice on October 17, 2023, at the age of 89. She shared a beautiful life with her beloved husband Ian, celebrating 69 years of marriage. Flo’s unwavering love and unwavering support made her an irreplaceable presence in our family, and her absence will be deeply felt. Throughout their 67-year residence, their home was always a warm and welcoming place for both family and friends. Flo is lovingly remembered by her husband Ian, her three children Bill (Tara), Debbie (Ken), and Marilyn (Doug), as well as her four grandchildren: Scott, Samantha, Kelsey, and Bradey. She also leaves behind three great-grandchildren: Alexis, Avery, and Elliot. Survived by her sister Mary Hehn, Flo will be missed by her extended family including nieces, nephews, and cousins. Flo was preceded in death by her daughter Cheryl Patricia and her sister Audrey Cheverton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Meow Foundation, the Agape Hospice, or a charity of choice. The family extends gratitude to the Agape Hospice for their exceptional care. A private family graveside service will be held at Queens Park Cemetery.
