Frank CLAESSENS

Frank Claessens, born on November 13, 1957, peacefully passed away on October 29, 2023. Frank, affectionately known as Francis, was a beloved individual who touched the lives of many. Survived by his wife and closest companion of more than three decades, Elaine Bates, he was also cherished by his siblings, Joanne Sweazey, Geraldine Claessens, and Peter Claessens, along with their respective spouses. Frank is also remembered by his stepdaughters, Kelly Chapman and Kris Vanwilligen, as well as his nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life to honor Frank’s memory will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 1 to 4 p.m., at the Norwich Legion Branch #190, located at 55 Stover St. S., Norwich, Ontario. The family kindly requests donations to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation, London Health Sciences Foundation, or VON Sakura House, as a thoughtful way to pay tribute to Frank Claessens.
