It is with immense sorrow that we announce the passing of Germaine Rose MacEachen (nee Holland) on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at the remarkable age of 90. Germaine spent her final days and cherished moments surrounded by loved ones. She will forever be remembered as a devoted mother to Celine (Brad) Gibbs, Jeffery (Claire), Don, and Rob. Additionally, she held a special place in the hearts of her grandchildren Dylan Gibbs, Rachelle (Michael Frame), Nicole (Michael Bird), Austin, Jenna, Josh, Alexandra, Johanna, Matthew, and Andrew. Furthermore, Germaine was a beloved great-grandmother to Blake and Lili Frame, as well as Toby and Marley Bird. Her memory will live on through her sister Gayle Grobowsky and brother Willie Holland.

The Funeral Mass celebrating Germaine’s life will take place at St. Michael Catholic Community in Calgary, AB on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. Following the service, a Graveside Service will be held at Mountain View Cemetery.
