Gloria is fondly remembered by her recent companion, Peter Grunte. Born in Gaylord, Michigan, Gloria was the daughter of Joanna and Jacob Matusik, and she held great affection for her stepfather, Edward Ziolkowski. Gloria worked as a Bell operator at Michigan Bell and was devoted to the Catholic faith. Her infectious smiles and laughter will forever be cherished. Gloria took pleasure in attending family gatherings, engaging in daily conversations with her sister, and had a deep passion for country music. Her cooking skills were legendary, particularly when it came to preparing spaghetti and pot roast dinners. Gloria is survived by her loving sister, Lorraine Bolam (Thomas Bolam), her brothers Don Matusik (Sandie), James Matusik (Gwendolyn), Frank Matusik (Marilyn), Jerome Matusik, and Billy Matusik. She also leaves behind her close nieces Eileen Knapp and Laura Doyle, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
