Heather TINSLEY
Heather Diane Tinsley, a resident of Maria St. Sarnia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 4. She is survived by her son David, his wife Nicole, her son Sean, his wife Rachel, her sister Bonnie Grogan, and brother Ron MacGregor. Heather dedicated her life to the emergency room at Sarnia General Hospital as an ER nurse and the nurse unit manager. She was also a strong supporter of the First Hussars, her late husband Major John Tinsley’s regiment. Her ashes will be laid to rest next to her husband’s at Lakeview Cemetery. She will be greatly missed.
Heather’s wishes for cremation have been honored and there will be no services held. Instead of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Parkinson’s Society of Southwestern Ontario in Heather’s memory.
Heather Diane Tinsley, a beloved member of the Sarnia community, peacefully passed away on Saturday, November 4. Heather spent her career as an ER nurse and nurse unit manager at Sarnia General Hospital, and was a dedicated supporter of the First Hussars, her late husband Major John Tinsley’s regiment. Her ashes will be interred alongside her husband at Lakeview Cemetery. She will be deeply missed.
Cremation has already taken place and in accordance with Heather’s wishes, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Parkinson’s Society of Southwestern Ontario.
