Inez Pugliese

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Inez Pugliese on September 18, 2023, at the remarkable age of 96 years. Inez was predeceased by her parents, Vincenza and Salvatore, as well as her brother Mario and sister-in-law Kay. She leaves behind a cherished legacy and will be dearly missed by her surviving brothers Carlo (Lise), Tony (Diane), and Robert (Louise). In addition to her brothers, Inez will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous great nieces and nephews, as well as a wide circle of relatives and friends who held her in high regard.

The visitation to offer condolences will take place on two occasions at Rideau Funeral Home (4275 boul. des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeau, QC H9B 2A6). The first will be held on Friday, October 13, from 7pm to 9pm, followed by a second opportunity on Saturday, October 14, from 10am to 11am, when the funeral service will be held in the chapel. These events will provide an opportunity for loved ones to come together to remember Inez and pay their respects.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated medical staff of 4west at the Lakeshore General Hospital, as well as the compassionate professionals and volunteers at the Manoir Kirkland retirement residence and the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence. Their exceptional care and support during Inez’s time of need did not go unnoticed, and the family is forever grateful.

In remembrance of Inez, the family kindly requests that, instead of flowers, donations be made to the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence (265 rue André-Brunet, Kirkland, QC H9R 3R4), or to a charity of your choosing. Your generosity will honor Inez’s memory and continue to make a positive impact in the community.
