Surrounded by her loving family, she took her last breath on October 24, 2023, at Manor Village. Jeannine was a cherished mother to Judy and Kathleen, and a devoted sister to Ludmila, John, and Joseph. Her role as Babcia brought immense joy as she doted on her grandchildren, including Cadell, Hayden, Michael, Deirdre, Sinead, and Aiden. Additionally, Jeannine held a special place in the hearts of her nieces and nephews, who affectionately referred to her as Ciocia. Jeannine’s kindness extended beyond her immediate family, as she formed steadfast friendships throughout her life.
Jeannine’s soul has now found solace as she reunites with her mother Julia, father Walter, and sister Stanis. Known for her culinary skills, Jeannine discovered immense satisfaction in nourishing her loved ones through cooking and baking. Her incredible ability to provide comfort extended to human beings and animals alike, as she possessed a gift for healing. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations and expressions of sympathy be directed towards local women’s shelters. These contributions can be made through Ontario Cremation Services.
The Urbanski family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Manor Village, Home and Community Care Support Services, St. Joseph’s Hospice, and Southwest LHIN for their exceptional care and support during Jeannine’s final days.
