Joan Eileen Vivian, formerly known as Joan Eileen Bissett, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, September 1, 2023, at the age of 83. She was predeceased by her husbands, Donald Bissett and Hugh Vivian. Joan was a beloved mother to her late son Doug, as well as Kari (Dan) and Craig (Tracey). She was also a stepmother to Darlene and Stephen. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Jessica, Dakota, Doug, Reilly, and Foster, as well as her great-grandchildren Vaiden, Aubree, Emerson, Jamie, Ivy, Arya, and Taylor. Joan was a cherished sister to Carole Dougherty and Barbara Mastervick, and she leaves behind fond memories for her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
