John OKOLISAN

John Okolisan of West Lorne, Ontario, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at the age of 90. He was surrounded by his loving family at Four Counties Health Services in Newbury. John was the beloved husband of Anna for an incredible 61 years and the dear father of Janet Okolisan. He was also a loving grandfather to Brandon and Daniel Wittek. John is survived by his nephew George (Jackie) Uza and fondly remembered by his family members in Subu, Serbia. He was predeceased by his parents, Lazar and Juliana (née Oprean).

Relatives and friends will have the opportunity to pay their respects at Denning’s of West Lorne, located at 202 Main Street, West Lorne (519-785-0810), on Sunday, August 27, from 2-4 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place the following day, Monday, August 28, 2023, at 11 a.m. at the same location. John will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
