Jo, also known as Joseph or Jake, will be fondly remembered by his daughter Christian and stepdaughter Shari, as well as his two brothers Beverly Waugh and William Waugh. He passed away peacefully, joining his father Francis, mother Isabel, and brother Larry Waugh in eternal serenity. Jo was a beloved individual who will be forever cherished by his extended family and numerous friends. People will always remember him for his infectious humor and his remarkable ability to bring life to any gathering. In the final months of his life, Jo would often reflect on his cherished memories of roller skating and attending dances at Sauble Beach, all while enjoying a refreshing cold beverage. His absence leaves a void in our hearts, and he will be dearly missed.

Throughout his life, Jo was a source of joy and laughter for those who knew him. His daughter Christian and stepdaughter Shari hold cherished memories of their time together, as do his brothers Beverly Waugh and William Waugh. However, his passing now unites him with his late father Francis, mother Isabel, and brother Larry Waugh.
