Julia Phyllis Montgomery, born Julia Phyllis Meilicke, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at the age of 87. She was a resident of Chelsea, Quebec, and Maida Vale, London. Surrounded by her loving family, Julia took her last breath at Nazareth House Care Village in Belfast.
