With great sorrow, we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved son, Kyle Larson. Born on May 31, 1988, in Saskatoon, Kyle left us on August 27, 2023. He is survived by his loving family members, including his mother Heather (Ross), father Les (Karen), step-brothers Dustin (Kayla), Chris, and step-sister Celine, brother Bennett (Skylar), nieces Emilya, Avery, nephew Rylan, Uncle John, cousin Samantha (George), Grandma Vi, Aunt Darlene (Bill), cousins Christian, Sean, Casey, Uncle Brent (Theresa), and cousins Corrissa and Tyler.

Kyle was a gentle and reserved individual, renowned for his deep compassion. Although he didn’t speak much, his words were either remarkably profound or incredibly humorous. He possessed exceptional musical talent and self-taught expertise in playing the acoustic and electric guitars, keyboard, drums, and violin. Kyle had a great passion for the Toronto Raptors and eagerly anticipated attending a game during the next season. He cherished his beloved dogs, Dallas and Ali, and mourned the loss of Dallas a few months ago.

Kyle’s kind heart was devoid of any judgment and overflowed with compassion. He was currently studying sheet metal fabrication at the University of Saskatchewan, diligently working towards his journey certification. The world will undoubtedly feel a profound sense of loss without our Kyle.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Park Funeral Home, located at 311 3rd Avenue North, Saskatoon. In loving memory of Kyle Larson, our hearts are shattered as we express the sudden passing of our dear son. Born in Saskatoon on May 31, 1988, Kyle departed from us on August 27, 2023. He is survived by his devoted family members; his mother Heather (Ross), father Les (Karen), step-brothers Dustin (Kayla) and Chris, step-sister Celine, brother Bennett (Skylar), and nieces Emilya and Avery, as well as his nephew Rylan. Additionally, he is mourned by his Uncle John and cousin Samantha (George), Grandma Vi, Aunt Darlene (Bill), cousins Christian, Sean, and Casey, and Uncle Brent (Theresa) along with cousins Corrissa and Tyler.

Kyle was a reserved and affectionate soul. As the saying goes, “still waters run deep.” He had a deep adoration for his nieces and nephew. Gifted with immense talent, Kyle mastered various musical instruments such as the acoustic and electric guitars, keyboard, drums, and violin, all through self-teaching. His love for the Toronto Raptors was undeniable as he eagerly anticipated the opportunity to attend a game in the forthcoming season. Recent months brought immense grief due to the passing of his beloved dogs, Dallas and Ali. Kyle’s exceptional wit, coupled with his dry sense of humor, brought immense joy to our lives. His words often left us either in stitches from laughter or in awe of their profundity. His kind-hearted nature will forever be remembered as he radiated genuine kindness, never showing judgement towards others. Currently attending the University of Saskatchewan, Kyle was diligently working towards obtaining his journey certification in sheet metal fabrication. His absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt throughout the world.

The tragically recent loss of his faithful canine companions, Dallas and Ali, left an indelible void in his heart. Renowned for his unmatched dry wit, Kyle’s presence brought laughter and profound wisdom into our lives. His heart overflowed with kindness, never casting judgment upon others. Amid his educational pursuits at the University of Saskatchewan, Kyle relentlessly pursued his journey certification in sheet metal fabrication. The absence of our dear Kyle leaves a sorrowful emptiness in our lives, as the world emerges lonelier without him.
