Letty loved life and enjoyed travel, the arts, classical music, literature and family. She learned four languages and received her masters in comparative literature. She loved to entertain and was always looking for a new recipe to enjoy with friends and family. During their retirement years, Letty and George (her husband of 62 years) spent their winters alternating between Europe and Mexico. In summer, Letty enjoyed the Chamberfest festival and attending performances by the NAC orchestra. In her declining years she was no longer able to walk and had dementia but always had a smile and great stories to pass on.
