Lynn Chase

With deep sorrow, we announce the unexpected passing of Lynn Carole Chase nee Lapointe on November 5, 2023 at the age of 56, leaving behind a profound legacy of love, compassion, and treasured memories. She departed suddenly in Nashville, Tennessee, while celebrating her 33rd wedding anniversary with her beloved husband.

Born on July 10, 1967, Lynn graced the lives of many with her warmth, endless generosity, heartfelt compassion and unwavering kindness and dedication to those around her. She was a beloved wife to Greg Chase, a proud mother to Megan and Stephanie, a loving daughter to the late Honoré and late Colette Lapointe and a loving memere to Roman, Scarlett and Sloan. Lynn’s presence illuminated the countless lives of all fortunate enough to have known her.

Throughout her lifetime, Lynn cherished spending time with her grandkids the most, while enjoying spending time with her family was truly what brought her happiness. You could find her enjoying her mornings outside in the sun with her husband, chatting with her daughters, camping and traveling with the trailer, golfing and dining with friends, gardening in the greenhouse, getting lost in a book, listening to country music, swimming in the pool and most of all spending time with her family and close friends.

Lynn leaves behind a lasting legacy of love and inspiration, carried on by her grieving family; her beloved husband Greg Chase, her daughters Megan Durocher (Shawn), Stephanie Chase (Sean), and sister Michelle Lapointe. She is the cherished grandmother of Roman, Sloan and Scarlett. She will be incredibly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. The memories of Lynn will forever reside and continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though she may no longer be with us, her spirit will continue to shine brightly as a guiding light in our lives.

The Celebration of Life to honour and celebrate the life of Lynn Chase will take place in the spring of 2024. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in loving memory of Lynn Carole Chase.

May Lynn rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the same love she selflessly shared during her time with us.

With deepest sorrow and loving memories, Greg, Megan & Stephanie
