Margaret BERNARDO

Margaret “Peggy” Bernardo, aged 91, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023 at McCormick Home in London, Ontario. She was the beloved wife of the late Reginald Bernardo. Peggy’s parents, Frances and Timothy J. McInnis, provided her with a strong foundation in life. She was a devoted mother to seven children: Janet, Albert (Michelle), Cindy (Saro), Gina (Alberto), Kim (Chris), Mary Ann, and the late Jon Paul. Peggy was also a grandmother to five grandchildren: Geoffrey, Stephanie, Danielle, Lydia, and JonPaul, as well as a great-grandmother to three great-grandchildren: Hayden, Francesca, and Noah.

Peggy will be fondly remembered as a sister to Patricia McInnis and Robert McInnis. Her friends and family will have the opportunity to pay their respects during the visitation at Westview Funeral Chapel, located at 709 Wonderland Road North, London, on Sunday, October 1, 2023, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass to celebrate her life will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 2, 2023, at Holy Family Parish, located at 777 Valetta Street, London.
