Marie Marthe Leclerc (née Vallée) passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the age of 95 in Sudbury. She was the beloved wife of the late Yvon Leclerc and the loving mother of Gisèle Roussain (late Randal), the late Marie-Paule Leclerc, and Louise Drolet (Gerald). Marie Marthe was the daughter of the late Jean-Baptiste and Anita (née Poitras) Vallée. Throughout her life, she was predeceased by her siblings Huguette (late Jean-Guy), Felixina (late Arthur), Germaine (late Emery), Henrie (late Eva), Paul, Wilfrid (late Eugénie), Yvonne (late Eugene), Gertrude (late Léon), and Jeanne (late Noël).

Marie Marthe was a cherished grandmother to Marie-Blanche (James), Christopher (Dina), Anne, James (Tim), Eric (Ruby), Lisa (Pierre), and great-grandmother to Charlotte (Dalton), Patrick (Kennedy), Ruby, Jack, Adrien, Oscar, Audrey, Danika, Austin, Sophie, and Brantley. She will be deeply missed by her dear brother-in-law Gilles Leclerc, as well as other in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. The family extends their gratitude to the staff at Villa St-Joseph for their care and compassion. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services.
