Marilyn Louise Arksey

Marilyn Arksey (Beitel) (nee Ferris), a resident of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the age of 87. Marilyn was preceded in death by her first spouse, Allen Arksey, and her second spouse, Al Beitel. She is fondly remembered by her son, Andrew Arksey, daughter Janet (Greg) Kawchuk, and grandchildren Jonathan and Michael (Taylor) Kawchuk. Additionally, Marilyn will be deeply missed by her stepchildren Lenore (Valerie) Beitel, Greg (Annette) Beitel, Janet (Dan) Ball, Ken, and Gerry Beitel, along with her grandchildren Kimberley (Darcy) Bell, Craig (Ella) Beitel, Stephen (Rachel) Hensley, Matthew, Sophie, Miranda, Eric Beitel, and her great-grandchild, Jackson Bell.

Memorial Services in memory of Mrs. Arksey will take place at McInnis & Holloway (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street SE, Calgary, AB) on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Following the service, a reception will be held at the Funeral Home’s Hospitality Centre. Family and friends who are unable to attend physically are invited to join the live-streamed service on the day of the service at http://www.MHFH.com. A recording of the service will also be available for viewing later. You can share condolences, memories, and photos on the website as well.
