Marysia Kiellerman, formerly known as Marysia Szuber, peacefully passed away in her 91st year on Friday, July 28, 2023, at Woodingford Lodge, surrounded by the love of her family. She has now been reunited with her beloved husband Kazimierz (Ken), who passed away in 2007. Mary was a cherished mother to Andrew, Regina, Teresa Ptak (late Michael), Krystyna Pawlak, and Victoria. She was also a cherished Babcia to Joanna, Karolina (Kyle), Gray, Andie (Tom), Adrienne (Michael), Melissa, Michael, Mark (Adrienne), Mari-Ann (Janel), and Laura (Jason). Mary took great pride in being a Pra-Babcia to Emily, Rob, Alexander, Kanen, Oliver, Weston, Austin, Mateo, Brooke, and Luka. She is survived by her brother Caz (Marianne), cousins Ana Maria, Adriana, Isabel, Suzana, and Joanna, as well as her sister-in-law Genia. Mary will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Wiktoria (Dilaj) and Francziek Szuber, as well as her siblings Stepha and Wojtek, who tragically passed away at a young age in 1942.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for the care and kindness Mary received at Oxford Gardens, Caressant Care Transitional Unit, and Woodingford Lodge in Woodstock. The compassionate team at Oxford Care Partners provided exceptional support during her stays at each facility.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the Smith-LeRoy Funeral Home, located at 69 Wellington St. N, Woodstock, on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, from 6-8 p.m. The Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. A funeral mass to celebrate Mary’s life will be held at Holy Cross Community Parish, located at 169 Ingersoll Road, Woodstock, on Thursday, August 3, at 1 p.m. Following the funeral service, Mary will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
