Nancy Stafford, a remarkable individual whose life was filled with an abundance of talents, experiences, friendships, and adventures, sadly passed away on October 26, 2023. She lived an extraordinary 105 years, leaving behind a legacy that will always be cherished. Nancy was known for her strong work ethic, possessing numerous award-winning artistic and culinary skills, which she took great pride in sharing with others. Additionally, she played a vital role in supporting her husband Paul with their successful jewelry business in Fairview.

Nancy faced the unfortunate loss of her beloved husband, Paul, as well as her parents and four sisters. However, she is survived by multiple nieces, nephews, extended family members, and caring individuals who had the privilege of being in her life. Often referred to as “Aunty Nancy,” she has left behind countless cherished memories among these loved ones. Despite her advancing age, Nancy remained independent and resided in her own home well into her 90s. In her later years, she benefited from the compassionate care provided by Shepherd’s Care Kensington in Edmonton, for which her family will be eternally grateful.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Edmonton, located at 14611 Mark Messier Trail. This service will serve as a heartfelt tribute to Nancy’s incredibly full and long life.
