It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Paddy “Pat” Sprague on Monday, October 30, 2023, at the remarkable age of 86. Pat will forever be cherished in the hearts and minds of his beloved wife, Ilene Sprague (nee Savage), whom he shared 65 wonderful years of marriage with. Additionally, Pat leaves behind their four children, seven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren, all of whom will forever keep his memory alive. To honor and celebrate his life, a poignant Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 6, 2023, at 1:00 pm at First United Church, located at 10409 – 100 Avenue, Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests considering a donation in loving memory of Pat to the Bon Accord & Gibbons Food Bank.

The family appeals for generous donations to the Bon Accord & Gibbons Food Bank, in lieu of flowers, as a thoughtful tribute to Pat’s memory.
