Raymond Edward Dagenais of Pembroke, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2023, at the age of 67. He was the beloved husband of Deborah Smith (nee Treptow) and loving father of Raymond Jr. Additionally, he was a devoted step-father to Christopher Vaillancourt, Michelle Vaillancourt (Jake Bath), and Annabeth Smith (Luc Bradshaw). Raymond will be fondly remembered by his nine grandchildren. He leaves behind his dear brother Jacques (Kim), Garry, Patsy Francoeur (Pierre), and Nancy Dagenais, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Clarisse Dagenais (nee Sauriol), sisters Suzanne, Pierrette, Mariette, and brother Claude.

In accordance with Raymond’s wishes, he was cremated. A graveside service to inter his ashes will be held on November 11, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Calvin/First Presbyterian Cemetery.
