Robert Eugene Quick, also known as Bob, passed away on September 30, 2023, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital in St. Thomas. He was in his 91st year. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Susan (McAdams) Quick in 2014, and his daughter Marie Quick. He was a loving grandfather to Kristin Holmes and a great-grandfather to Michael, Sarah, and Xavier. Robert was born on July 5, 1933, in Aylmer, Ontario, to Clarence and Flossie (Mills) Quick. He was the dear brother of Dorothy Otvos, Shirley Fallowfield, and Norma Chambers, all from Aylmer. Robert is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He will be remembered for his kind-hearted nature and his compassion towards others. Robert was a devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Blue Jays, and he enjoyed watching their games. The funeral service will take place on October 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at H. A.
