Robyn Elizabeth Gaisford, formerly known as Robyn Landon and Robyn Stinson, passed away unexpectedly on August 11, 2023, at the age of 60. She was lovingly brought into this world by her parents, Christine (nee Coles, deceased) and John Gaisford. Robyn was widowed by her late husband, Roger Stinson. Leaving behind cherished memories are her sister, Terri, her children, Beth and Jim (Allison), as well as her granddaughters, Dani and Alex. Additionally, she is survived by her aunts, Diana (Larry), Joan (Peter), Cynthia, Libby, and the late Jo, her relatives Sharon and Ted Peyton, and Ted’s children. She also leaves behind her beloved cousins, Philipa, Joanna, and Giles, and their respective families.

Throughout her life, Robyn consistently demonstrated her selflessness and dedication to others. She poured her heart into everything she pursued, always prioritizing the needs of those around her. In honor of her remarkable life, we cordially invite you to a public Celebration of Life, which will be held at the Joshua Bates Centre in Athens on Saturday, August 26th, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests any contributions be made to a trust fund dedicated to supporting Robyn’s adored grandchildren.

Robyn Elizabeth Gaisford (formerly known as Robyn Landon and Robyn Stinson) tragically departed on August 11, 2023, at the age of 60. She was born to Christine and John Gaisford, and unfortunately lost her mother previously. Following the passing of her late husband, Roger Stinson, Robyn is survived by her sister Terri, children Beth and Jim (Allison), and granddaughters Dani and Alex. Her extended family includes aunts Diana, Joan, Cynthia, Libby, and the late Jo; relatives Sharon and Ted Peyton, and Ted’s children; as well as cousins Philipa, Joanna, and Giles, along with their families.

One of Robyn’s defining qualities was her unparalleled devotion to others, consistently putting their needs above her own. She poured her heart into all her endeavors and made a lasting impact on those she encountered. To honor her incredible life, a public Celebration of Life has been organized at the Joshua Bates Centre in Athens on Saturday, August 26th, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. As a testament to Robyn’s love for her grandchildren, the family kindly requests that any donations be directed to a trust fund established in their name.
