She was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Larry Heath and the loving mother of Scott Heath and Dr. Georgia Heath Tibbitts. Sandra was also cherished as a grandmother to Anna Heath, Josh Heath, Mason Tibbitts, and Kai Tibbitts. She was the sister of Pat Williams, who was married to Chris Williams. A funeral service for Sandra will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at St. Paul United Methodist Church, located at 620 Romeo Road in Rochester. The service will be officiated by Reverend Elbert Dulworth, and Sandra will lie in state at 10 a.m. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery.
