In her 83rd year, Sandra Nelson peacefully passed away at Brierwood Gardens on Saturday, October 14th, 2023, following a lengthy and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. Throughout the past several years, Sandra’s resilience shone bright as she faced this affliction. Murray, her devoted husband of 38 years, mourns the loss of his beloved wife. Sandra leaves behind a legacy as a cherished mother to Julie of Sarnia and a doting grandmother to Garrett and Jessie. Being the only daughter of Jack and Helen Edmondson of Brantford, Sandra held a special place in her family’s hearts. Another significant role she played was her life membership at Beta Sigma Phi. While a celebration of Life is to be scheduled at a later date, her cremation has already taken place. Sandra’s absence will be deeply felt by those who knew and loved her.
