Sterling MacLeod

Sterling Amherst MacLeod, aged 87, peacefully passed away on August 29, 2023, at Monarch Hall in Riverview, NB. Born in Sunny Brae, he was the son of Charles and Mary MacLeod, both of whom preceded him in death. Sterling dedicated his career to sales with Kayser-Roth Corporation, but his true joy came from spending time outdoors, appreciating the wonders of nature.

Sterling is survived by his sister, Evelyn Fowler, who was married to the late George Fowler, residing in Burlington, ON. He is also survived by his nieces Elizabeth Thompson-Hahne of Phoenix, AZ, and Nadine Thompson of Allison, NB, as well as his nephews Bruce Thompson of Nepean, ON, and David Fowler and his wife Pat of Burlington, ON. Additionally, he leaves behind numerous extended family members and friends. Sadly, Sterling was preceded in death by his sister Dorothy Thompson, her husband Clarence, his brother Donald MacLeod, and his nephew Brent Thompson.

A private interment ceremony at Elmwood Cemetery will be held to honor Sterling’s life. The arrangements are being handled by Fergusons Funeral Home, located at 1657 Mountain Rd. Moncton.
