Teri Smith

Teri Smith (1947-2023) passed away, leaving behind cherished memories with her loving family and friends. Teri was admired by all who knew her for her kind-heartedness, genuine gratitude, and boundless generosity, which rivaled her renowned homemade baking skills.

Teri’s adoring family, including her children Keeley, Ryan, Sam, Jake, and Nash, as well as Lahni, Geoff, Shea, and Tegan, will forever remember her. She is also survived by her siblings Lorraine, Ted, Gina, and Jim, along with numerous extended family members and friends. Teri was preceded in death by her beloved husband and best friend of 43 years, Don.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 1:00 p.m., at the Dayspring Presbyterian Church located on 11445 40 Ave NW, in Edmonton. Afterward, Teri’s cremation will take place in the following days. The family expresses deep gratitude to the CCU staff at the Misericordia Hospital and the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute for their exceptional care. They also extend their thanks to friends and family for the immense love and support they received over the past six weeks.
