Tyler CORKRAN
Tyler Ross Corkran, born on January 12, 1983, sadly passed away on October 30, 2023. It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden and unexpected loss of our beloved son, Tyler. He was the cherished son of Carol Brunette (Ron) and David Corkran (Dianne), and the brother of Stacy (Steve). Tyler was also an uncle to Louis and a partner to Elizabeth. We remember his sister Heather, who preceded him in death, along with his grandparents Bud and Ruth Corkran, Daisy Petersen, and Charlie Wilson.
Tyler was a vibrant and charismatic individual who lit up every room he entered. His witty sense of humor, talent for trivia, painting skills, melodious voice, impeccable fashion taste, and culinary expertise made him the life of every party. Although his untimely departure has left a tremendous void in our lives, we find solace in knowing that he is now free from any pain.
A celebration of Tyler’s remarkable life will take place on Friday, November 10, from 2:00-6:00 p.m. at the Almonte Legion located at 100 Bridge Street. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Ottawa Heart Institute, Ottawa Humane Society, Boxer Rescue Ontario, or any charity of your choice. We extend special gratitude to the paramedics, doctors, and nurses at the Almonte Hospital who tirelessly fought to save our beloved Tyler.
Rest peacefully, our dear son, brother, partner, and friend. Your memory will forever be etched in our hearts. The funeral arrangements are entrusted to the compassionate care of C.R. Gamble Funeral Home & Chapel Inc., located at 127 Church St., Almonte, ON (613-256-3313). For condolences and tributes, please visit their website at http://www.crgamble.com.
