Wayne CARAVAN

Wayne Caravan, a beloved resident of Tillsonburg, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 21, 2023, at the age of 72. He was preceded in death by his first wife Susan in 1995 and is survived by his loving wife Diana. Wayne was a devoted father to Amanda, Kelli, Amy, Ashley, Jonathan, and Melinda, and took great pride in his role as Poppy to Alastair, Emory, Adam, Zach, Gavin, Aiden, and Kneely. He was a cherished brother to Bill, Bob, Grace, Charlie, and the late John, Barbara, Carol, and Judy. Wayne leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will dearly miss him. He is also preceded in death by his parents William and Mildred.

Wayne found joy in simple pleasures, whether it was making lists, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors at the trailer. His grandchildren brought him immense happiness, and he loved nothing more than pushing them on the swing. Wayne had a passion for hunting and fishing and held a strong sense of pride in his Newfoundland heritage.

A private family service will be held following Wayne’s cremation. In memory of Wayne, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
