Winnifred Elsie “Win” Barber, born on May 20, 1939, peacefully passed away on July 24, 2023, at the Wascana Grace Hospice in Regina, SK. She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and May Vincent, her spouse Duane, her father-in-law and mother-in-law Clarence and Lillian Barber, as well as her brother-in-law Bob Bentley. Win will always be cherished in the memories of her son Daniel (Rhonda) and their children Nicole (Chris and their daughter Katherine), Kira (Jared), and Shayne, as well as her son Neil (Barbara) and their children Samantha (Graham) Dent and Lee. She is also fondly remembered by her siblings Shirley Bentley and Dorothy (Mike) Vincent, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Keeping with Win’s wishes, there will be no service held. Instead, the family suggests making donations in her memory to Grace Hospice or a charity of your choosing.
